Who am I?

xoxo,

     Rachel

Rachel is a graduate of Smith College with a B.A. in Architecture and a minor in Economics as well as a graduate of the Business Bridge program at the Tuck School of Business, Dartmouth College.

She has always had a passion for retail, starting her first company at just five years old, a lemonade stand with a sign reading "Lem-in-ad". Fast forward to present day Rachel has nearly 10 years of experience in the industry, with seven internships, four jobs, and the launch of two companies.

Rachel has sustained a strong interest in retail management, particularly team leadership and visual merchandising aspects including branding, marketing, store design, and customer experience. Recently she ran a large department store as a visual manager; designing window displays, running storewide marketing, merchandising current trends, and leading a team of associates. Today, she is a store planner spearheading several large vendor accounts, coordinating shop installations and designing store layouts.

With years of experience, as well as her current role, Rachel is a wealth of knowledge and expertise on leadership in the retail environment. She has discovered many secrets to success that often take others years to develop, and she is of course still learning much more!

In her spare time Rachel is working on the launch of her third company, as well as writing a book based on her experiences.
